This established community's top priorities is for the safety and well-being of its homeowners (occupants/tenants).

  Lee's Ridge HOA has two main purposes:

First: to ensure that every homeowner (occupants/tenant) knows exactly who the Board of Directors they are working with; and Second: to create trusted community environment and neighborhood society that everyone can take part in.

  In order to achieve these tow objectives, transparency is a critical need for the HOA and homeowners (occupants/tenants) to experience a trusted relationship.

Furthermore, Lee's Ridge Subdivision is a Covenant Community governed by the Declaration of Protective Covenants ("Declaration") recorded in the public records of Clayton County, Georgia and enforced by the Lee's Ridge Community Association.

The purpose of protective covenants is to protect property values and promote safety within the Community.

The use restriction and rules outlined in the Declaration apply to all Owners and Occupants within Lee's Ridge Subdivision.

It is the responsibility of each Owner and Occupant to prevent the development of any unclean, unhealthy, unsightly, or unkempt condition of his or her property.
